"Money back guarantee if not completely satisfied" returns must be approved prior to being sent back within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. WiscoLift will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
